We are all former and current members of the global intelligence communities, international regulatory watchdogs, former U.S. Department of Justice States Attorney's and experiences forensic and physical HUMINT/OSINT/CYBINT investigators, attorney's and private attorney generals. Mark L. Lindsey, the founder, developed his first racketeering Conspiracy investigation and private right of action pursuant the 18 USC 1961 ,et seq in June of 1989 in the Middle District of Florida U.S. Court, case No. 89-995-T-13-B, that's 46 years of investigating financial white Collar crimes, money laundering and corporate subversion that's a bona fide claim backed by the Clerk of the Federal District Court at the Tampa Federal Courthouse.
After spending so much time devoted to delivering the impossible the founder and the General Staff have gained special skills, joined diverse networks, formed discreet relationships which facilitates our unique approach to crisis management and social shock therapy, case management and investigative prowess, planning and executing active measures to resolve issues and allows us to be very creative, thorough and highly accurate. All with 100% complete and total secrecy. Guaranteed
Secrecy is the backbone of Complex Litigation Support (CLS) because the cases we handle often involve high-stakes legal battles, sensitive intelligence, financial crimes, and multi-jurisdictional asset recovery. Any leak—whether accidental or intentional—can compromise investigations, tip off adversaries, or derail litigation strategies. That’s why we take client confidentiality beyond traditional legal privilege, employing intelligence-grade compartmentalization and ironclad security protocols akin to those used in Counterintelligence (CI), Special Operations (SOF), and CSI-level forensic investigations.
We go far beyond standard attorney-client privilege or NDA agreements. Our approach to secrecy is built on the following five pillars:
We implement Compartmented Security Information (CSI) protocols, similar to classified intelligence operations, ensuring that no single individual, team, or system has full access to all case details.
We apply covert operations-level OPSEC to protect our clients, investigators, and legal strategies from exposure:
We employ next-generation secure communication technologies to protect privileged exchanges, ensuring absolute secrecy in discussions and case strategy development.
Beyond encryption and compartmentalization, we employ a hybrid of cyber and legal countermeasures to ensure no adversary—be it a hostile litigant, intelligence agency, or cybercriminal—can breach our security:
For high-profile or politically sensitive cases, we eliminate any traceable link between the client and our litigation support team by using intelligence-level anonymity protocols.
Complex Litigation Support is not just about legal expertise—it’s about counterintelligence, secrecy, and strategic maneuvering. We go beyond attorney-client privilege and adopt a classified intelligence-level approach to confidentiality, information security, and litigation strategy.
This ironclad secrecy ensures that:
✅ No case details are ever exposed before we’re ready.
✅ No adversary can anticipate our next move.
✅ Clients remain completely shielded from retaliation.
Operating across multiple jurisdictions and having deep, long-standing relationships with networks of influencers, insiders, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) provides a unique advantage in the discovery of intelligence that is otherwise extremely difficult to obtain. These capabilities become critical in overcoming complex litigation obstacles, particularly in cases involving financial crimes, cross-border fraud, asset recovery, and strategic legal maneuvers. Here’s how:
Operating globally with extensive, long-standing relationships across different sectors provides a layered intelligence and operational advantage that is nearly impossible to replicate through conventional legal channels alone. It allows for the discovery of hard-to-find evidence, strategic legal maneuvering, and the circumvention of bureaucratic and jurisdictional obstacles.
The founder, Brigadier Mark L. Lindsey pioneered the role of private attorney general upon filing his first Federal civil racketeering conspiracy complaint in 1989. Back then the RICO Act was still pretty new and unsettled legal precedent, since then Brigadier Lindsey lead the investigations and complex RICO litigation against 3other racketeering enterprises. In 2013 Brigadier lindsey's undercover corruption investigation lead to the arrest and prosecution of 20 appointed Arizona State Officials and the size of 18 million dollars in fraudulent automobile title transfers that conspired with the largest auto auction in the state being seized for obstruction and money laundering. The entire case was handled in-house until the U.S. District Court Judge in the Arizona District sealed the complaint and transferred it to prosecutors in the U.S. Attorney's office for immediate disposition. That's how we spell success. Brigadier Lindsey has been a member of the U.S. intelligence community since 1977, a former active duty U.S. Marine and United Nations Brigadier Field Officer responsible for mission planning and command directives as the commander of the PMSC Alpha Corp reinforced infantry brigade and Chief U2 at the Joint Mission Analysis Center (JMAC) at Force HQ he specialized in Military Peacekeeping Intelligence (MPKI) in coordination with the UN Department of Peace Operations and Field Support, Office of Military Affairs and Advisors. As the UN Chief U2 MPKI officer Brigadier Lindsey coordinated member nation-state MPKI readiness with the host formed military and police units of each UN member states, those formed military units each have an MPKI officer which is always an official in that nation-states national intelligence apparatus. As a result, Brigadier Lindsey has personal connections to 133 nation-state intelligence agencies consisting of 244 operatives speaking 11 different languages located in every UN member state on the planet ,built up over 40 years of UN MPKI experience which began as an assessor to UN Secretary General Kofi Annan to the Special Peacekeeping Mission to Bosnia and ended with the UN Mission to Haiti. Brigadier Lindsey was also the director of the Cyber Warfare Center Pacific located in Liberty Annex UNTC Point Loma California. The founder is the only operator that's publicly disclosed for operational security considerations, however, the whole general staff is composed of high-level IC members, experienced command level law enforcement and Federal agents, prosecutors and highly skilled international legal experts.
